COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) RETURNS UPDATE:
We're still business as usual: Just to keep you in the know, we’re running as usual; but have put some extra measures to help protect you and our team! All returned parcels will be placed in quarantine for 5 days before being put into the processing queue; once in the queue, this may take up to an additional 10 working days to be processed. Once delivered to us, this means that it may take up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed. We are closely monitoring the situation and will return to our usual returns processing timeframes when safe to do so. We will continue to bring a little bit of joy and colour to your life (and wardrobe)!
How to return my order? - United Kingdom Customers
Although we’re sad to see you returning something to us, we have made our FREE UK RETURNS returns process as easy as possible for you, just simply follow the instructions below:
Complete the returns form that came with your order.
Place the returns form inside the parcel, seal and generate your FREE UK RETURNS label here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3532 . Do not worry if you don't have a printer, you can still return your order. Just save the label to your phone and show it to the person behind the counter at the Post Office, they can then print the label for you.
Drop off your return at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Once received by the Harkel returns team, please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed.
How to return my order? - Europe & Rest of The World
Although we’re sad to see you returning something to us, we have made our returns process as easy as possible for you, just simply follow the instructions below:
Complete the returns form that came with your order and add our returns address to the outer of the parcel. Our returns address can be found at the bottom of this page.
Drop off your return with your chosen delivery company, please note that the customer is responsible for covering all return postage costs. We recommend sending using a tracked service.
Once received by the Harkel returns team, please allow up to 15 working days for your refund to be processed.

Free UK Delivery promotions
We offer free UK delivery on orders that exceed a minimum spend requirement. If you have received free UK delivery on your order and you are returning part of your order for a refund, if this partial refund brings you below the free UK delivery minimum spend to qualify for this promotion, then the cost of standard delivery (£3.00) will be deducted from your refund.
What items cannot be returned for a refund?
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept any cosmetics, hosiery, lingerie or pierced jewellery as returns.
You have 90 days from when you receive your order to return your item to us. We are unable to accept returns that are received after this period.
We offer free UK returns on all orders, just use the link https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/3532 to generate your free returns label. For any orders delivered outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for covering any return postage costs.
For orders outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for covering all return postage costs.
Keep it clean
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When your return is back with us
Returns can only be refunded, and we do not offer an exchange service. The refund for your return should be processed within 10 working days of receipt by our returns team however please alow up to 15 working days for busier periods. During sale periods or promotions, refunds may take a little longer, but you will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
The postage that was paid on your original order will only be refunded if the complete order is returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item that you have received is faulty or the incorrect one has been sent, please contact our friendly team directly on [email protected]. We cannot accept the return for a faulty item unless we have been contacted first. Please have your Order ID to hand (on the paperwork that came with your parcel) and our friendly team will ensure that this is resolved for you.
